Master Richard Dixon
Master Dixon has been studying martial arts for over 25 years. He holds a 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Combat Hapkido. He is a licensed Instructor under the Independent Tae Kwon Do Association and the International Combat Hapkido Federation. Master Dixon is a Fifth Generation Instructor under direct lineage of Grandmaster Won Kuk Lee, founder of Tae Kwon Do Chung Do Kwan and First Generation student/instructor under Grandmaster John Pelligrini, founder of Combat Hapkido. He is a Lifetime Member of the World Martial Arts Alliance (WMAA) and is registered with the WMAA as a 4th Dan - Senior Instructor. He is a licensed Level 1 Instructor in Ground Survival. He has had additional training in the Scarlet Dragon Lung Fu Do System and Kung Fu. Master Dixon teaches practical self defense weapons such as Kubaton, Bo Staff, Cane, and Dan Bong "short stick". He is a 20 year Active Duty United States Coast Guard Chief Warrant Officer as an Investigating Officer for the Gulf Coast/Central area of Florida. Master Dixon graduated Cum Laude from Saint Leo University with a B.A. in Criminology, A.A. from Universtity of Phoenix in Liberal Studies, and holds a Professional Photography Certificate from the New York Instutute of Photography.

Mr. Kevin Putala
Mr. Putala begin studying martial arts in 1984. While stationed in Korea with the U.S. Army, Mr. Putala received his 1st Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do. He has since then had additional training in other martial arts such as Aikido, Shotakan Karate, and Brazilian Ju Jit Su. He holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do Chung Do Kwan and is a licensed Instructor under the Independent Tae Kwon Do Association. He is a licensed Level 1 Instructor in Ground Survival. Mr. Putala is a Sixth Generation Instructor under direct lineage of Grandmaster Won Kuk Lee, founder of Tae Kwon Do Chung Do Kwan. He currently trains in Combat Hapkido is and is trainingt for his 2nd Dan in Tang Soo Do. Mr. Putala is the Senior Instructor at his school in Tampa, FL Tampa Red Shield Warriors, a Tang Soo Do school.

Mrs. Kathy Dixon
Assistant Instructor
Mrs. Dixon, also known as "Miss Kathy" in class, begin studying Tae Kwon Do in 2001 and has a 1st Degree Black Belt. She is a licensed Assistant Instructor under the Independent Tae Kwon Do Association. She is also a student of Combat Hapkido. Mrs. Dixon graduated honors with a B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Tampa. She taught for 6 years in the Florida School system which makes her an excellent Instructor for our Children's Tiger Curriculum Program. She continues to work in the school system for The Academies for Educational Excellence, a school for students with learning disabilities as a website/media technician.
